Actuel Remix, duo de l’ARFI, se consacre aux musiques électroniques. Dans leurs précédentes productions Xavier Garcia et Guy Villerd ont travaillé sur des œuvres d’origines « contraires », issues de domaines aussi éloignés que ceux de la musique savante contemporaine et de la techno. Après avoir remixé Iannis Xenakis avec Richie Hawtin pour le film de Fritz Lang (#01 Metropolis), Heiner Goebbels avec de nombreux auteurs technos (#02 Heiner Goebbels remix) , après avoir travaillé avec l’Ensemble Modern de Frankfurt pour un live remix techno (#03 Ensemble Modern live remix) puis créé un ciné-concert sur le Steamboat Bill Jr de Keaton (#04 Steamboat), le duo se téléporte dans l’époque baroque pour en remixer quelques-unes de ses plus belles pages.

Actuel Remix, an ARFI duo, is dedicated to electronic music. In their previous productions, Xavier Garcia and Guy Villerd have worked on works of "contrary" origins, from fields as far apart as contemporary art music and techno. After remixing Iannis Xenakis with Richie Hawtin for Fritz Lang's film (#01 Metropolis), Heiner Goebbels with numerous techno authors (#02 Heiner Goebbels remix) , after having worked with the Ensemble Modern of Frankfurt for a techno live remix (#03 Ensemble Modern live remix) and then created a film-concert on Keaton's Steamboat Bill Jr (#04 Steamboat), the duo teleports to the baroque era to remix some of its most beautiful pages.
